uPVC Sliding Doors

Patio (sliding) doors are a smart choice if you want to maximise light and keep your space feeling open – without doors swinging into furniture or narrowing a walkway. Because the panels slide rather than open outwards, patio doors are ideal for rooms where you want a clean, minimal frame and uninterrupted views to a garden, patio or landscape.

Compared with French or bi-fold doors, sliding doors typically have less visible profile when closed, which helps the glazing do the work visually. You can choose from different panel arrangements depending on the width of your opening, with one or more sliding panes moving smoothly on rollers past fixed panels.

Patio doors work best where you have a reasonably wide opening – because the sliding panel can only move as far as the fixed sash allows, they’re not usually the best solution for narrower spaces.
